Haryana Government has taken its first step towards making ‘Panchayat Land Lease Policy’. Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala gave vital instructions to the designated officers for the generative working of this new policy.
The main motive of the Haryana Government is to lead in the direction of making the Panchayats such financially empowered, that, it will help the industries thrive along with improving the incomes of the Panchayats.
Dushyant Chautala further headed a meeting consisting of senior officials of Development, Panchayat, Industries, and Commerce Department. In the meeting, he led the officeholders of several departments like Development and Panchayat; Industries and Commerce, to compose such a Panchayat Land Lease Policy so that leasing out panchayat land could forge significant earnings.
This obtained income derived by the new policy will successfully lead to the ultimate development in the village.
Further, if various industries are set up on Panchayati land in towns or villages, infinite employment opportunities will also be available for the local youth which would be a win-win situation.
The Deputy Chief Minister conveyed that through this new policy, the state government desires to facilitate advanced industrialization in Haryana. He further expressed that it is the ongoing efforts of the state government to set up industries on the bare and non-agricultural land in villages to emanate more and more employment for the youth, that too near them. The merit of this system is that, not only the industrialists will get the required workers easily, but also the most opted practice of migration towards bigger cities will also be stopped.

The state government has taken numerous public welfare decisions in these two years of ruling, which have benefited the common man in various ways. The Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana, Dushyant Chautala vows to make Haryana, a model state, in terms of expansion and development.

Dushyant Chautala announced the same during his speech in the celebrations of his party’s third foundation day held in Jhajjar. Dealing with the public concerns, he was addressing the crowded gathering with all the new guidelines and decisions taken by the Haryana government for converting it into a model state.
The Deputy Chief Minister also informed the crowd that during the pandemic, 200 extra mandis were made to buy the crop produce of the farmers, and the whole bundles of grains of wheat were bought completely. Similarly, for the purchase of rice also, a double market was formed for the simplification of this process and easiness to the farmers.

While a grid of routes is being laid in the state, major work is being done on rural engineering for the development of rural and backward areas of the state.
And overall addressing the multitudes, Dushyant Chautala said that it is all because of the natives of the state that the Jannayak Janta Party is getting so much fondness and affection which motivates the party to work even harder to achieve the sworn goal of making Haryana a model state of our nation.

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala revealed in the interview conducted by The Fact News Service that his coalition government is comprehensively determined to deliver adequate facilities to the citizens of Haryana in a time-bound period. He informed the media that this is the resolution taken by his government on the occasion of Good Governance Day.
The state government will digitize all the existing and forthcoming government services in the coming year of 2022 so that the people of Haryana can enjoy the benefits of the services from home also.
The Deputy Chief Minister expressed that in today’s scenario, the large-scale industries are establishing their firms in the state and are enjoying the benefit of the relaxation of doing their business. Due to the incredible policies and approach of the state government, the employment opportunities have particularly increased in Haryana. Likewise, the coalition government has successfully launched Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, which is indeed a historic decision.
As promised by Jannayak Janta Party, now the youth of the state will get several opportunities related to government services directly through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam. The portal is launched in the context of providing necessary information related to employment in the state. Information like employment fairs, CET Haryana, career information, etc. can be obtained through this all-in-one portal.

सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से इस रैली को सिर्फ हरियाणा में ही नही, दुनिया भर में पहुँचाया गया | सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स जैसे फेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम पर इस रैली का लाइव स्ट्रीम भी चलाया गया जिससे जो लोग किसी कारन रैली में शामिल नहीं हो पाए, उनको भी घर बैठे कार्यक्रम का आनंद मिल सके |1500 युवाओं को कार्यक्रम व्यवस्था को संभालने का ज़िम्मा दिया गया जिसमें झज्जर के गाँव दादरी में करीबन ५० एकड़ की ज़मीन पर जननायक जनता पार्टी के झंडे लगाने का काम मुख्य कामों में से एक था | पंडाल सजाने के लिए और वरिष्ठ नेताओं के स्वागत हेतु बैंगलोर और कोलकाता के पुष्पों का प्रबंध करना भी एक अहम कार्य था | कुछ कार्यकर्ताओं को ढोल नगाड़ों का प्रभंध करने का ज़िम्मा भी सौंपा गया |

तीन साल पुरे करने के उपलक्ष्य में मशहूर कलाकार यो यो हनी सिंह भी कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए और पार्टी को इस अवसर की ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं दी| हरियाणा और पुरे भारत की शान गीता फोगाट ने भी रैली में आ कर कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ायी |
उसके बाद झज्जर ज़िले की समिति के ज़िला अध्यक्ष्य ने पगड़ी और शॉल पहना कर डॉ अजय सिंह चौटाला जी का आदर मान किया | जब दुष्यंत चौटाला स्टेज पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत करने आये तब मानो लोगों के अंदर अलग ही जोश पैदा हो गया |
डॉ अजय सिंह चौटाला के स्टेज पे आने के समय मशहूर गायक फैजलपुरिया ने अपना गाना प्रस्तुत किया | उनके कहे हुए शब्दों पर ही जन सरोकार दिवस रैली का समापन हुआ |
इस समारोह को सफल बनाने के पीछे पार्टी के हर एक व्यक्ति की सक्रिय सांझेदारी और योगदान रहा जिससे आने वाले अनगिनत कार्यक्रम भी इसी तरह आयोजित किये जायेंगे |

जननायक जनता पार्टी ने 2019 के हरियाणा विधानसभा में अपना पहला चुनाव लड़ा था | लोगों के अटूट प्यार और विश्वास की वजह से, पहले ही चुनाव में जजपा हरियाणा में सरकार बनाने में सफल रही| और आज पार्टी को अपने राज्य की सेवा करते हुए २ वर्ष पुरे हो गए हैं |

शुरुवात में ही जननायक जनता पार्टी ने अपने लोगों की ज़रूरतों को मद्दे नज़र रखते हुए कुछ अहम वादे किये |
2019 में सेंटर फॉर मॉनिटरिंग इंडिया इकोनॉमी के अनुसार, हरियाणा में 28.7 प्रतिशत के साथ बेरोजगारी दर अब तक के सबसे ऊंचे स्तर पर थी। और इसी मौजूदा बेरोजगारी को ध्यान में रखते हुए, जननायक जनता पार्टी ने प्रदेश में स्थानीय लोगों के लिए 75 प्रतिशत आरक्षण का वादा किया।
इसी के साथ पार्टी ने औरतों के हक् और बुज़ुर्गों के हित के लिए काम करने का लक्ष्य साधा |

हमने अक्सर देखा है की पार्टी सत्ता में आने के बाद अपने वादे या तो भूल जाती है या फिर उन्हें पूरा करने से चूक जाती है | परन्तु उप मुख्यमंत्री दुष्यंत चौटाला ने सत्ता में कदम रखते ही अपनी जनता के लिए काम करना शुरू कर दिया |

उन्होंने लगातार विधानसभा सत्र में 75% जॉब कोटा बिल पेश किया और इसपर जीत हासिल की |
चंद दिनों में ही उन्होंने महिलाओं की 50% भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने वाला हरियाणा पंचायती राज विधेयक भी पास करवाया ||
और तो और जननायक चौधरी देवी लाल जी के सपने के अनुसार हरियाणा की पंचायतों में राइट – टू – रिकॉल का अधिकार दिलाने का लक्ष्य बनाया |
सवा साल में बुढ़ापा पेंशन स्कीम में 500 रुपए की बढ़ोतरी करने का श्रेय भी माननिय दुष्यंत चौटाला जी को जाता है |

जजपा के कार्यकाल को सबसे कठिन बनाने में कोरोना ने भी कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी | ऐसी परिस्थितियों में जननायक जनता पार्टी की ओर से 51 लाख रुपए की राशि और सभी पूर्व विधायकों ने एक माह की पेंशन को ‘मुख्यमंत्री कोरोना राहत कोष’ में दान कर दिया था |

एक देश – एक राशन कार्ड’ जैसी कई योजनाओं ने हरियाणा में जजपा के आने के बाद ही कदम रखा जो गरीब परिवारों के हित में काम करती हैं | गठबंधन सरकार ने पहले ही साल में व्यवस्था परिवर्तन की दिशा में काम कर उसमें ऐतिहासिक सुधार भी किए |

जननायक जनता पार्टी दिन रात जनता की सेवा में तत्पर रहती है और हरियाणा को और ऊंचाइयों पर ले जाने के लिए अपार परिश्रम के साथ काम करती है |
आने वाले सालों में कई और वादों पर खरे उतरने का उद्देश्य, हमने साधा हुआ है |

आज़ादी के पहले से काम कर रही भारतीय राजनीति में अब कुछ प्रभावी बदलाव की जरूरत है। राजनीति और राजनीतिक नेता अब नीरस हो गए हैं |

राजनीति में युवाओं को आगे की पंक्ति में रखने की सख्त जरूरत है ताकि नई धारणाएं और विचार सामने आ सकें।

जेजेपी ने अपने युवा सदस्यों को हमेशा संसद में आगे रखा है जो सभी चर्चाओं और मुद्दों में सबसे सक्रिय भागीदार रहें हैं। हमारे हरियाणा राज्य के उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री दुष्यंत चौटाला जी खुद ही 26 साल की उम्र में ही लोकसभा सांसद के सबसे कम उम्र के सदस्य बनने में सफल रहे |
चूंकि युवाओं ने हाल ही में खुद गरीबी,अशिक्षा,भेदभाव और सीमित रोजगार का सामना किया होता है, संभावनाएं ज़्यादा होती हैं की वे आम जनता की समस्याएं बेहतर समझ पाएं |

जब युवा लोगों को मताधिकार से वंचित किया जाता है या राजनीतिक प्रक्रियाओं से अलग कर दिया जाता है, तो आबादी के एक अहम हिस्से के जीवन को प्रभावित करने वाले निर्णयों मे ये एक रुकावट से काम नहीं है |
अब राजनीति की डोर देश के सक्षम युवाओं के हाथ में सौंप देनी चाहिए। वे नए विचारों के साथ एक ताजा चेहरा भी हैं।

Celebrations of the 19th INSO Foundation Day of Jannayak Janata Party started with a bang when Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala started the event by raising the flag outside the university. Digvijay Singh Chautala, the former national president of INSO arrived at the venue at 12 pm and paved his way to the MDU auditorium. After the arrival of Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala on the stage, he was asked to light the oil lamp in front of the goddess Saraswati.

Today, the most respected, Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala, the founder of the Indian National Students Organization, declared Pradeep Deshwal as the new National President of INSO, which became the most significant moment of the event. Earlier Pradeep Deshwal was the state president of the esteemed organization.

Pradeep Deshwal, while giving the speech in honor, quoted working in INSO as a voluntary responsibility of every person. He spoke about the greatness of Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala and how he always taught to fight for the rights of the students and colleges. He talked about his personal life; belonging to a farmer’s family with just 2 acres of land,  no political background, and no prior experience in the field. He said that even though I had no political dreams, Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala gave me and many other youths, the strength to fight the Lok Sabha Elections. When his eight minutes speech came to end, he hooted for Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala, Digvijay Chautala, and Tau Devi Lal Ji.

Then the host gave an astounding introduction to Digvijay Chautala to call him on the stage that in absence of Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala when the students were worried about the future of the INSO, Digvijay Chautala came in light and took INSO to heights.

Digvijay Chautala started his 23 minutes long speech by bowing down to Dr. BR Ambedkar and Swami Vivekanand. He talked about how COVID affected the ongoing political activities of the organization. But then he was also proud to tell that the INSO team provided thousands of beds and other essential facilities to lots of students and people when there was a major shortage in the Tricity. He expressed his immense happiness to have his father present at the event today. According to him, back in 2013, Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala set standards for the organization and today also he has given an entirely new direction to the INSO. He mentioned about the hunger strikes done with and for the students which paid off successfully. He further told with pride that the 75% Private Quota Bill which is been approved by the Cabinet by the proposal of Dushyant Chautala, was originally the idea that emerged from INSO. After expressing gratitude to lots of senior leaders and INSO members, he wrapped up his speech. The speech stole the show due to its richness in knowledge.

The host announced that the 19th INSO foundation day is being celebrated as a cultural event. After Digvijay Chautala’s speech, Haryana’s renowned singer Fazilpuria’s arrival was announced. Before starting his performance, he thanked the INSO team for inviting him and he told the audience that performing in Rohtak was his long-time dream. Punjabi music industry sensation Ninja was also invited to perform at the event. Both the singers became the center of attraction with their spectacular performances.

The enormous gathering of the public and the prominent announcements addressed in the auditorium, made the event a big hit! This was one of the events of the Jannayak Janta Party which would be remembered all the time. And with this, INSO is now all set to begin its new journey with a revived energy. It indeed was a historic 19^th Foundation Day at MDU, Rohtak, Haryana.

The 19th Foundation Day of INSO is being celebrated on 5th August in the Maharishi Dayanand Vishwavidyalaya situated in Rohtak. Not just the party officials, but the public is too equally excited about this grand celebration. Therefore, a lot of preparations are ongoing by the party members and workers. The whole program is organized under the leadership of Haryana’s Deputy Chief Minister, Dushyant Chautala, and INSO President Digvijay Chautala.

On August 1, a meeting of officials and workers of the Jannayak Janata Party was organized by District President Rishiraj Rana in Gurugram, Haryana. The special topic of the meeting was about the preparations for the event which was just 4 days ahead. After an explicit discussion, all the party members were assigned their respective responsibilities.

Rishiraj Rana Ji told that there is a lot of enthusiasm among the youth and party workers from Gurugram district regarding the Foundation Day and therefore this time a large number of youth and party members will reach the event in Rohtak from the city. Also, the women from Bawani Kheda, a town in Haryana, will reach the destination under the esteemed leadership of Bhagwati Devi.

It is also believed that Bollywood rockstar and famous singer Yo Yo Honey Singh will be attending the celebrations and will give a live performance amid the function. Also, Haryana’s popular singer Faizalpuriya is expected to arrive in the MDU Campus on the special occasion of INSO Foundation Day.

The party’s district in charge Surendra Beniwal took a meeting of office members and workers at Harishchandra Dharamshala Chaupata on 4th August for the second consecutive day. He assigned them the required instructions and provided the necessary guidelines regarding the program.

Jannayak Janata Party and its determined members are giving their full strength by working hard day and night for the success of this auspicious day.

Chaudhary Devi Lal who is referred to as “Tau” in the entire Haryana, served as the 6th Deputy Prime Minister of India. Dushyant Chautala, who is the current Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana is also the great-grandson of Tau Devi Lal. Belonging from one of the political dynasties of the state, Dushyant Chautala was clear about his responsibilities towards the public from the start.

Devi Lal had a distinctive vision towards the development of Haryana and his main concern used to be the poor and the farmers. Dushyant Chautala, immediately after stepping into politics, made sure to keep the farmers, poor, and the youth in the frontline which made the people realize that he is pushing forward the ideologies which were left behind after the demise of Devi Lal.

Chaudhary Devi Lal was presented the title of Jannayak by the people of Haryana due to his consistent determination and unstoppable good deeds for the people in need. Having likewise qualities endowed inside him, Dushyant Chautala is emerging as an identical shadow of his great grandfather which makes him the exemplary youth icon of his mother state.

Even after so many years, the purpose of the family remained the same. Devi Lal used to stand for the right things by being an active part of freedom movements for which he even used to face consequences like imprisonment. Dushyant too has inherited the same approach and that is why in the year 2017, he was the only member of the parliament who stood for the crucial issue of water scarcity in the state of Hissar.

It is believed that Tau Devi Lal Ji himself inculcated his beliefs and valuable ideologies when Dushyant was a kid. In his childhood days, he even used to campaign door to door for his great grandfather. That is why Dushyant Chautala is known to work on the Footsteps of Chaudhary Devi Lal and this is one of the massive reasons for the immense love and admiration he gets from the people.

The Haryana assembly elections 2019 proved to be a flop show for both Bharatiya Janata Party as well as the Congress but for Jannayak Janata Party it was the first stair to success!
Where the two national prominent parties of India couldn’t reach the halfway mark in the elections, the Jannayak Janta Party was set to arouse as the kingmaker in this assembly election after winning a total of 10 seats in the 90-member Haryana Assembly.

No one could have imagined JJP, which is an offspring of the former chief minister Om Prakash Chautala’s party INLD would do wonders in its debut elections by getting an immense amount of support from the Jatt Vote Bank originally belonging to the Indian National Lok Dal. This was a clear sign of people shifting from INLD to the newly formed JJP. In the 2014 Haryana assembly elections, the former party won a total of 18 seats while this time, it was leading in only 1 seat.

The reason for the people to be so decisive about their changing voting pattern was the continuous fall of non agrarian employment opportunities and the demand for reservations in government jobs. In February 2016, the Jatt people actively participated in an aggressive movement in Haryana for getting approval for the reservation system but it failed and only resulted in deaths and injuries of more than 200 people. The rising unemployment made the people pissed off by the existing government and they wanted a party that could relate to them and understands their problem.

That is when the newly formed Jannayak Janata Party which follows the principles and continues the legacy of Chaudhary Devi Lal Ji who filled in the position for the former Deputy Prime Minister of India came up with a promise of providing 75 percent reservation for the locals in the industries set up in the state and various other schemes for the youths and the elderly.

However, parties like Congress too claimed similar promises but looked like people had already made their choice. And in this way, a party that functioned just for a year emerged as the Kingmaker for Bharatiya Janata Party which fell short of the majority votes in the state.

However, for Dushyant Chautala, the decision to join hands with BJP or Congress was not that easy. He was stubborn about merging with that party only which matched his ideologies. After having constant talks and certain agreements with the BJP, he chose his future ally.

This time, people wanted change which made JJP the Kingmaker!
